Inclusive Training & Support Through SQW
CQMA has proudly delivered the Skilling Queenslanders for Work (SQW) program for over six years, providing training opportunities that support people from diverse backgrounds, with a strong focus on culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities across Central Queensland.
CQMA’s delivery model is intentionally tailored to meet the needs of participants, with dedicated Support Officers who understand CALD communities working closely alongside students throughout their training journey. This ensures culturally responsive, practical and individualised support is provided to help remove barriers to learning and participation.
The program combines structured training with wrap-around support to build skills, confidence and workplace readiness, while fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment where participants are empowered to succeed and progress into meaningful employment outcomes.
